Scaled Apps LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our websites, software or services, including Drabble and Homebook (together, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

  • Account and contact information. When you contact us or register for access, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and company information.
  • Content you enter. The records you create in our Services, such as game statistics in Drabble or property documentation in Homebook.
  • Usage data. Basic analytics such as page visits, feature usage and performance metrics, used to improve the Services.
  • Device data. Our systems log IP addresses, browser types and device identifiers for security and troubleshooting.
  • Property and device data. If you use our smart home or IoT features, we process device metadata such as status and event logs solely to deliver the functionality you asked for. We do not sell or share this data.

2. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain and improve the Services.
  • To communicate with you about updates, security notices and support you have requested.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights and yours.

3. Cookies and tracking

Our websites use minimal cookies for session management, preferences and security. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and our pages do not load fonts, scripts or analytics from third-party networks. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features will not work correctly.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with trusted service providers such as hosting and payment processors, who operate under confidentiality agreements and only as necessary to perform their services for us.

We use encryption in transit, access control and monitoring to protect your data. Authentication is passwordless, so we do not store account passwords. Despite these safeguards no internet transmission is entirely secure, and you share data at your own risk.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or to comply with legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where a Service records information about a minor athlete on behalf of a club or a parent, that record is managed by the adult account responsible for it.

8. International users

Scaled Apps LLC operates in the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States for processing under this policy.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. Depending on your jurisdiction you may also have the right to restrict processing or to request portability.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
